Here you can download the YACTS binaries for Windows.

*static* binaries do not require any extra libraries to execute
         (only the standard Windows dlls).

*dyn-j*  binaries link to j.dll dynamically. They need j.dll in
         the current directory to run. The j.dll file, which is
         provided with these binaries, is from J804 beta. Other
         j.dll from a different version of J (at least down to
         J701) can be plugged in.
